Cut the chicken into small thin strips.

Marinate the chicken pieces in cornstarch,pepper,soysauce and 1 tbsp stirfry sauce and salt for half an hour in the refrigerator.

Keep the IP on sauté mode for 20 mins,heat 2 tbsp oil.

Add minced garlic and the chicken pieces, stirfry untill its cooked for about 3 to 4 mins.

Remove the chicken pieces from the inner pot and add the veggies(broccoli,crrots and sweet peas first) along with the remaining oil and stirfy untill soft for about 5 mins

Now mix in the onions,bellpeppers and zucchini pieces and stirfry for another 2 mins

Add in the chicken pieces along with the veggies and stifry.

Add honey,and soysauce,ketchup,pepper and salt as needed.

Continue cooking on sauté mode for another 4 mins.You can cover with a glass lid during this time.

Once done, sprinkle some sesame seeds and serve hot with white rice.
