Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoonscocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoonsweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cuphot water

Steps

  1. 1

    Place the cocoa powder in a cup and add the condensed milk. Stir slowly until it becomes like chocolate.

  2. 2

    Taste it, 😁 then add the hot water and stir well. If you have a milk frother, mix it a little.
