Ingredients

  1. 1 1/4 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 3 tbspgrated Parmesan cheese
  3. 1 tspgrated Parmesan cheese
  4. 1 1/2 tspsugar
  5. 1 1/2 tspdried minced onion
  6. 1 1/4 tspItalian seasoning, divided
  7. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  8. 1/4 tspsalt
  9. 2 tbspmilk
  10. 2 tspmilk
  11. 4 1/2 tspbutter, melted
  12. 1egg white, beaten

Cooking Instructions

    in a small bowl, combine flour 3 T cheese, sugar, onion, 1 t Italian seasoning, baking soda, and salt

    in another bowl, combine sour cream and milk and buttee

  3. 3

    stir into dry ingredients, til moistened

  4. 4

    turn onto a floured surface, knead for 1 minute

  5. 5

    place on greased baking sheet

  6. 6

    with scissors, cut a 1/4 inch deep cross in top of loaf

  7. 7

    brush with egg white. sprinkle with remaining cheese and Italian seasoning

  8. 8

    bake 350 for 30_35 minutes
