  • 1 largesalmon fish head or salmon fillet
  • thai red curry
  • 1 tbspred curry paste
  • 1 canbaby corn and juice
  • 3 tbspcorn kennel and juice
  • 1/2 cupstock or abalone sauce with half cup of water
  • 1 pinchbrown sugar
  • 1 tbspfish or soy sauce
  • last minute add on
  • 1/2 tbsplemon juice
  • garnish
  • 1 bunchspring onions

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    put red curry stock then put salmon on top and poach for 12 minute

  2. 2

    add lemon juice and shake pan dont want to break up salmon flesh and off heat top garnish

  3. 3

    OPTIONAL SERVE SALMON ON WHITE RICE
