Ingredients

4 servings
  • hamburger, Cornbread, tomato
  • 1 lbhamburger meat
  • 1small
  • 1 1/2 cansweet kernel corn
  • 1 canstewed tomato
  • 2 cupgrated cheddar chz
  • 1 boxJiffy corn muffin cornbread

Steps

  1. 1

    brown hamburger meat with chopped onion

  2. 2

    after meat is cooked, pour into 8-quart dish

  3. 3

    Pour in stewed tomato with juice

  4. 4

    Pour in half can of drained sweet corn and mix meat, corn, & tomatoes evenly

  5. 5

    Sprinkle cheese evenly on top. Use more or less according to your preference

  6. 6

    after mixing Cornbread, evenly spread it over the top
