1 packagesbutternut snap cookies
250 gramsCream Cheese
1butter/spray oil for greasing
1 cupicing sugar
1 tbspLemon Juice (real or bottle)
1 cupLemon Butter

grease 18 holes cup cake/ muffin tray

place 1 biscuit in each hole

cook on 180° for 2-5 minute (until slightly soften)

use spoon to gently curve biscuits to form a cup like shape, leave to cool

beat cream cheese, icing sugar and lemon juice until smooth

divide cup of lemon Butter to make small layer on biscuits.

top with cream cheese mixture and refrigerate until set.
