Brown sausage in skillet, set aside. DO NOT drain grease, this is what gives the casserole its flavor. Cut up cheese into chunks and pour milk over it. Microwave cheese and stir about every minute to get out lumps. Put rice into the bottom of a big mixing bowl. Add both cans of soup and the cheese sauce, then stir. Then add the fried sausage and the broccoli and stir. Put in 11x13 baking dish and bake on 375 until brown and bubbly on top. Enjoy!
