Boil the tapioca and cut into small cubes.

heat butter in a pan and add the tapioca cubes

sprinkle half tablespoon of crushed pepper & saute very well

Add salt to taste and set aside once done.

heat oil in a pan and add the green chillies

add ginger garlic paste and saute until golden brown

chop the onion and add it

add salt to taste and saute until golden brown

add green pepper and stir for a minute

put the tapioca into it and stir vey well.

add soy sauce and chilli paste and saute on high flame for 2 minutes

add vinegar and sugar now

lower the heat and add crushed pepper powder.

move into a traditional plate and garnish with spring onion or celantro.
