Combine the yogurt, olive oil, orange zest, and chopped orange in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar, then add to the blended mixture.

In another bowl, beat the egg whites until foamy, then fold them into the batter.

Sift the flour and baking powder together, then add to the batter and mix until just combined.

Grease your cake pan with butter and pour in the batter.

Pour water into the baking sheet; this will create steam as the cake bakes.

Place the cake pan on the baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes. If using a round pan, check for doneness after about 35 minutes, as it may bake faster.

Note: Adding water to the baking sheet helps keep the cake moist, so you don't need to lower the oven temperature.
