Steps

Break egg in a bowl, add sugar, vanilla essence & milk well with a whisk.

Grease 1-2 heat no. Of bowls, pour the egg & milk mixture into the bowl.

Cook inside a preheated oven or hot water bath till it sets.
4

Sprinkle brown/castor sugar on top and caramelize under salamander.
5

Serve warm on the same container.
