Ingredients

  1. 2 bowl Baati- flour
  2. 1 bowlgram flour
  3. 4 _5 tsp mustard oil
  4. 1/2 bowlsemolina
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 tbspred chilli
  7. For daal- 2 bowl Kali urad ki daal
  8. 1 bowlarhar daal
  9. 3chopped onions
  10. 3 tbspGinger garlic chopped
  11. 1 tbspcumin seeds
  12. 1 tbsphing
  13. 1 tbspred chilli
  14. 4 _5 chopped green chilli
  15. 6-7 For chokha--- brinjal roasted
  16. 1 kgchopped onions
  17. 250 gmchopped ginger and green
  18. 1/2 kgtomatoes
  19. 1 tbspKasturi methi
  20. to tasteSalt
  21. 1 tbspturmeric
  22. 2 tbspred chilli
  23. 1 bowlfresh cream
  24. For chutney----
  25. 1 bunchcoriander
  26. 8-10green chilli
  27. 1 cupcurd
  28. 2lemon juice
  29. 8 _10 garlic cloves
  30. to tasteSalt
  31. 1/2 tbspbhuna jeera
  32. 1/2 tbsphing
  33. 1kgdesi ghee
  34. For dhokla -- my dhokla is readymade

Steps

2_3 hr.
  1. 1

    Take a mixing bowl add suji gram flour and flour mustard oil salt red chilli.knead well till the flour be smooth.make balls and bake it.when it's bake push with your palm again roast when it turns red dip it in deshee ghee.

    Boil daal by adding turmeric and salt.now heat kadai add 2 big spoon of deshee ghee add heeng cumin seeds till crackle.

    Add ginger and garlic chopped now add green chilli.add red chilli.now add tadka in daal.

    Roast brinjal peel and mash well.add deshee ghee in kadai add onions ginger garlic.when it turns brown add tomatoes.now add all spices and cream.add mashed brinjal saute till it changes colour..chokha is ready.

    Wash coriander and cut add green chilli garlic curd cumin heeng and salt grind it.add lemon juice...
