Take a mixing bowl add suji gram flour and flour mustard oil salt red chilli.knead well till the flour be smooth.make balls and bake it.when it's bake push with your palm again roast when it turns red dip it in deshee ghee.

Boil daal by adding turmeric and salt.now heat kadai add 2 big spoon of deshee ghee add heeng cumin seeds till crackle.

Add ginger and garlic chopped now add green chilli.add red chilli.now add tadka in daal.

Roast brinjal peel and mash well.add deshee ghee in kadai add onions ginger garlic.when it turns brown add tomatoes.now add all spices and cream.add mashed brinjal saute till it changes colour..chokha is ready.

Wash coriander and cut add green chilli garlic curd cumin heeng and salt grind it.add lemon juice...
