Ingredients

  • 1 bowlboiled mashed potatoes
  • 1 cupgreen peas
  • 1finely chooped onion
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt as taste
  • 7-8bread pieces (your choice white or brown)
  • 1big bowl full of water

Steps

  1. 1

    First take a pan put 2 spoon oil and saute green peas for 1 minute and now cover with lid for 5 minutes at low flame

  2. 2

    Now take potato saute green peas in it onion and add all dry ingredients. Mix it properly

  3. 3

    Now take a shallow pan and put oil for deep fry at medium flame

  4. 4

    Now take water bowl dip a bread slice in it and then squeeze it properly now put 1 full spoon of potato peas mixture and make rolls with your palm

  5. 5

    Make all rolls like this than deep fry it till golden brown...

  6. 6

    Serve hot with tomato ketchup..
