in medium saucepan boil water,add sausages & boil for 5-10mins until skin starts to peel away. remove & set aside to cool(5-10mins). once cooled remove skins & cut into bite size pieces.

heat oil in lge saucepan on medium heat, add onion, cook untill softened.

remove pan from heat, add flour & curry powder-stir. place back on heat, add stock & tomato paste. bring to boil stirring.

reduce heat to simmer, for 10 mins with lid on.

add sausages & saltanas. simmer further 15 mins.

in last 5 mins of cooking add frozen peas & corn.

remove from heat & stir through cream. serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
