Ingredients

6 servings
  • Batter mix
  • 1/2 cupplain flour
  • 1/2 cupself raising flour
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 mediumegg
  • Optional
  • 3 slicebacon
  • 1 cancorn kernals (drained)
  • 1herbs, salt and pepper to taste
  • 1what ever cold meat you want
  • 2 cupSliced Mushroom
  • 1Diced Onion

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    put all flour into a bowl

  2. 2

    add beaten egg and milk

  3. 3

    mix all ingredients together until flour is mixed through

  4. 4

    leave in fridge for 1 hour if possible

  5. 5

    add optional ingredients and mix through batter

  6. 6

    Add small knob of butter to large frying on medium to low heat

  7. 7

    cook fritters on both sides until fritter is cooked through

  8. 8

    add more butter before cooking next batch

  9. 9

    batter mix can be easily multiplied if more servings are needed
