Make a slit on the potatoe. Microwave for high 4 minutes

While potatoe is cooking chop avocado, tomatoe and onion.

Once potatoe cools down, make another slit opposite to the one already made and add guacamole ingredients.

Add salt and pepper to season and lemon.
