mix 1 pkg jello with 1c. boiling water and 1c. cold water and pour over cake

cover and refrigerate for 4hrs

mix pudding mix with cold milk, other pkg of jello, and vanilla

beat by whisk until thickened

fold in the whipped topping

frost cake with pudding mixture
