Ingredients

15 servings
  • 1 1/2 cupflour
  • 1 1/2 cupyellow cornmeal
  • 2eggs beaten
  • 1/3 cupoil
  • 1oil to fry in
  • 1/3 cupsugar
  • 1 mediumonion chopped coarsely
  • 14 1/2 ozevaporated milk or regular milk

  1. 1

    mix the ingrediants together make sure you get all lumps out spoon in oil small serving spoon size I used chopsticks to turn and a spider to remove the hushpuppies move to paper towel to soak oil
