Cream butter and sugar

Add eggs one at a time

Add vanilla

Add flour

OPTION 1 Bake at 180 for 10 minutes

OPTION 2 Separate into 4 portions, add one of the following options (see below) then roll into a log about 4cm diameter. Wrap in cling wrap and freeze. Cut into 1cm slice and bake when needed.

Jam Drops. Make a small hollow in each biscuit and put a spoonful of jam

Coconut Biscuits. Add one tbsp of coconut to portion

Spice & Nut. 1 tsp mixed spice and 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Crunch Sultana. 1/2 cup sultanas, 3/4 cup crushed cornflakes

What's in the pantry. Coco, 100's & 1000's, lemons, choc chips etc.
