80 gramsbutter or margarine
4 tbspflour
2 cupmilk

Melt butter in saucepan

Remove from heat and mix in the flour wit a wooden spoon.

Return to heat and stir constantly for 1minute

Remove from heat

Add milk while constantly stirring
6

Return to heat and stir until desired consistancy is achieved
