1Chopped cooked chicken
1Diced Green Apples
1Craisins
1Celery (optional)
1/2Paul Newman's Balsamic Vinegarette Dressing (1/2 bottle for 1 box of rice)

Cook rice according to directions (do not use oil or butter)

When rice is almost done add all other ingredients.

Let sit for 15 mins to let dressing absorb.
