6 mediumpatatoes
1 largeonion
1 bunchcarrots
1 cancorn
1 canmixed vegies
2 envelopebrown gravy mix
3 clovegarlic
4 dashpepper
4 dashsalt

oven on 350 place foil in large bakeing pan. place in the roast dash with Pepper n salt. cut up all the vegies garlic etc.place around the roast. mix n Cook gravy pour all over the roast. top with foil let it Cook for atleast 2-3 hours. serve with hot rolls.
