Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4 largeCatfish Filets
  2. 1/2 cupMayo
  3. 1/4 cupMilk
  4. 3 tbspLemon Juice
  5. 1/2 tspDried Dill
  6. 4 tspMinced Garlic
  7. 1 1/2 tbspSeasoned Salt
  8. 1/2 tspBlack Pepper
  9. 1/4 tspCayenne Pepper
  10. 1 1/4 cupBread Crumbs

Steps

  1. 1

    Set oven to 425°

  2. 2

    Line making sheet with foil then spray foil with non stick spray

  3. 3

    In a bowl mix bread crumbs with seasoned salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper

  4. 4

    In another bowl combine mayo, milk, lemon juice, dill, and garlic

  5. 5

    Brush filets on both sides with mayo mixture

  6. 6

    Coat evenly with bread crumb mixture

  7. 7

    Place filets on baking sheet

  8. 8

    Sprinkle with more seasoned salt and pepper if desired

  9. 9

    Bake for 15 minutes
