Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine Nilla Waffers, butter, cocoa powder and sugar in a large Ziploc bag. Mix together to form the crust. Pour the crust into a 8X8, ungreased baking pan and press down.

Pour the condensed milk evenly over the crust.

Sprinkle on the coconut, walnuts, butterscotch and chocolate on top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until light brown and bubbly. Let cool completely. If it isn't completely cool, it'll be mushy.
