Steps

peel and cube potatoes

place in microwavable container with a ventilated lid

cover potatoes with water and add salt

cover with lid ensuring the ventilation bit is open

microwave on high for 10 - 12 minutes or until soft when pierced with the tip of a knife

drain potatoes and place in a bowl and refrigerate for 30 mins

place potatoes on a clean tea towel and pat dry

place oil in frypan and place on the stove top on a medium high heat, add sugar and potatoes
- 9
stir with a spatula until potatoes turn light Brown and crunchy on outside
- 10
serve with your favourite meat
