preheat oven to 425°

dizzolve yeast and sugar in warm water

in a seperate bowl combine salt, flour, and cheese

Add yeast mixture to flour mixture (add more flour if necessary, you want a stiff dough)

knead 5-10 mins. until smooth

break dough into pieces and roll those pieces into pretzels

place pretzels on ungreased baking sheet, making sure to leave a little space between for expansion

Brush with egg and sprinkle with course salt

bake for 15-18 mins
