4 servings
  • 1/2 canchickpeas
  • 1 cloveroasted garlic
  • 2 tbsptahini
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 1 pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients to mixer and blend to deisred smoothness

  2. 2

    Add some liquid from chickpea can if mixture is too thick.

  3. 3

    Garnish with a couple dashes of paprika
