Ingredients

  • 2 cupBrown Sugar
  • 1 cupCrisco
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1 cupChopped nuts
  • 3 1/2 cupFlour
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspBaking Soda
  • 1 tspBaking Powder
  • 1 cupSour Milk
  • 1Frosting
  • 3 tbspCream
  • 3 tbspButter
  • 6 tbspBrown Sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix first four ingredients

  2. 2

    Mix until well blended

  3. 3

    Mix dry ingredients together and add alernatley with the milk.

  4. 4

    Add Nuts

  5. 5

    Drop on baking sheet

  6. 6

    Bake about 15-18 minutes at 350°F

  7. 7

    When Cool Frost

  8. 8

    Frosting

  9. 9

    Remove from heat

  10. 10

    Thicken with confectioners sugar
