12 ozshredded Monterey jack cheese
12 ozMozzarella cheese shredded
1/2 cupgrated parmesan cheese
1/2 cupsour cream
1/2 cupmayonnaise
14 ozchopped and drained artichokes
5 sliceprovolone cheese

preheat oven to broil.

Drain spinach well and combine all the ingredients except for provolone cheese, in a microwave safe bowl and mix well.

Microwave on high until bubbly.

top with Provolone cheese, broil until cheese is melted and lightly brown.

serve with salsa and tortilla chips.
