6 tbspbutter/margerine
1container frozen whipped topping
2 packageschocolate pudding
18oz cream cheese
1/4 cupicing sugar
1 packagesmini chipits

crush oreos

melt butter and add to oreos. press into 9x13 dish

combine cream cheese 1 1/4 cup whip cream and icing sugar until smooth. spread on top of cookie crust.

refrigerate while making pudding. mix 1 1/3 cup milk mix until thick place in fridge for 5 min to thicken

spread over base and top with remaining whip cream and mini chipits
