Steps

Preheat oven to 200°c

Put oil and half the mustard and honey into frying pan and bring to heat

Fry chicken breast (just to seal not fully cook)

Once chicken is sealed place in a baking tray and put in the oven for twenty minutes
- 5
Put the creme fraise into the frying pan with the reminder of the mustard and honey and bring to simmer (this is best done 5 minutes before the chicken is finished)

Take chicken out of the oven and put on plate and spoon desired amount of sauce over chicken.

I normally serve this with rice and some pan fried potatoes.
