
Slow Cooker Honey Ham with Ginger Ale and Vegetables

Scrub sweet potatoes and trim. Cut potatoes in half.

Peel carrots and slice diagonally in two inch lengths.

Place vegetables on the bottom of the crockpot, place ham on top and pour ginger ale over all.

Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours or until vegetables are tender. (High: 4 hours )

Mix about 2 tablespoons of liquid from pot with the glaze ingredients and then pour over ham.

Continue cooking on low for 1-2 hours (30-60 minutes on high), basting frequently.
