pre heat oven to 375

add all dry ingredients

cut shortening in to flour mixture

add cheese

beat egg into milk and stir into flour mixture, when fully incorporated it should form a ball.

grease muffin pan with butter. make medium size balls an place in muffin pan.

bake for 15 to 20 min depending on your oven
