1/2 lbvelveeta cheese, diced
1/2 cupsharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lbskinless smoked sausage
1 tsp1/8 paprika

preheqt oven to 350

cut skinless smoked sausage in half, lengthwise, then chop into 1/2 inch "half moon" cuts. Cook in a frying pan for bout 15 mins, turning frequently to SLIGHTLY brown

Meanwhile, put cooked & diced potatoes in 2 qt cassarole. Add cooked meat and give it a gentle toss:
