Ingredients

  • 3 cupidqho potqtoes
  • 4 tbspbutter
  • 4 tbspflour
  • 2 cupmilk
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tsppepper
  • 1/2 lbvelveeta cheese, diced
  • 1/2 cupsharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 lbskinless smoked sausage
  • 1 tsp1/8 paprika

Steps

    preheqt oven to 350

  2. 2

    cut skinless smoked sausage in half, lengthwise, then chop into 1/2 inch "half moon" cuts. Cook in a frying pan for bout 15 mins, turning frequently to SLIGHTLY brown

  3. 3

    Meanwhile, put cooked & diced potatoes in 2 qt cassarole. Add cooked meat and give it a gentle toss:
