Ingredients

  • 4egg whites
  • 1 1/4 cupwhite sugar
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • 2 tspcorn starch
  • 1whipped cream
  • 1fresh berries

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven at 300° F.

  2. 2

    Whisk egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar, whisking all the time until very stiff.

  3. 3

    Fold in vanilla, vinegar, and cornstarch.

  4. 4

    Line baking tray with parchment paper and spoon mix onto baking tray and spread out, but not too thin.

  5. 5

    Bake for 1 hour. Cool on wire rack then transfer to plate. Top with whipped cream and decorate with fruit.

Very good, but u can use half of the sugar amount recommended... But let me tell u with some fresh fruit it was really really yummy and pretty much disappeared within minutes :-D
