Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesof boneless chicken breasts
  2. 1 boxof spaghetti noodles
  3. 2 canof black olives. medium or large and pitted
  4. 1to 2 packages of cream cheese
  5. 2boxes of chicken broth. you can use cans if you prefer
  6. 1salt
  7. 1pepper
  8. 1garlic powder
  9. 1 mediumor large onion
  10. 1to 2 ripe tomatoes or canned diced tomatoes drained
  11. 1 canof cream of chicken soup
  12. 2to 3 cans of cream of mushroom soup
  13. 1butter
  14. 1milk

Steps

  1. 1

    boil chicken in half water and half chicken broth. you can also add chicken bullion if you want

  2. 2

    cook chicken until done

  3. 3

    take the chicken off the heat. you can take it out of the pan and let it sit to cool on a plate. save juices if you wish to use it with this or later for something else.

    dice tomato and onion. if using canned tomatoes drain juice

  5. 5

    put tomatoes and onion in a frying pan. add some butter pepper and garlic

  6. 6

    cook the tomato down a bit before adding onion

  7. 7

    sautee the onion and tomato

  8. 8

    cook the spaghetti noodles

  9. 9

    drain all juice from the black olives. slice them up

  10. 10

    cream cheese needs to be cut in half length wise then sliced into small squares

  11. 11

    after slicing the cheese stick in the fridge or freezer

  12. 12

    pre heat oven to 350

  13. 13

    in a casserole dish add noodles with a bit of butter, milk and half or full can of cream of chicken soup. add some chicken broth or you can use the liquid you boiled the chicken in. you want some liquid but not drowning in liquid

    shred chicken. add into the noodles

    add in tomato and onion mix and stir to blend well

    add in black olives. mix

    add in cream of mushroom soup. mix well. if you need more liquid use more broth or milk and butter. taste to see which you prefer. the more chicken flavor the better it turns out.

    bake for about 30 to 50 minutes covered

  19. 19

    pull it out of the oven. uncover put sliced cream cheese on top.

    bake until the cream cheese turns a slight Brown color. you can take it out sooner if you like

    serve hot and enjoy!

I was a stay home mother for years, and loved it. I'm always interested in trying new things and try to get my kids to try things at least once. I don't measure a lot of things. I go by taste and need to work on that .... I use a lot of different recipes, enjoy looking at ones online and trying them . I tend to change things to so you never know. I haven't been able to cook much for a bit , but I'm hoping to change that soon.
