  • 4 tbspdried shrimp
  • 3 sliceginger
  • 1 eachyellow and red pepper
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 cupstock optional

  1. 1

    pound ginger , garlic and onion with dried shrimp

    with oil brown pounded paste till fragrant then add stock bring to a boil

    add mix pepper simmer for 2 minute then off heat
