
Cinnamon-Pecan Coffee Cake

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 9x13 baking pan.

Chop pecans.

In small bowl, mix brown sugar cinnamon and pecans. Set aside.

Mix cake mix and pudding mix in large bowl, breaking up any clumps. NOTE: Use a mix without pudding in it already, such as Duncan Hines.)

Stir in eggs, oil and water.

Pour 1/2 of batter into pan and sprinkle with 1 cup of sugar-pecan mixture. Repeat with remaining batter and topping, lightly pressing into batter.

Bake for 20 minutes at 350, then reduce oven temperature to 325 and bake for additional 35-45 minutes until toothpick in center comes out clean.
