An easy snack or an appetizer. If you are serving this as a main course, the fillet can be used as a whole.

Wash the fish and cut into small pieces. Combine rest of the ingredients and marinate the fish for a few hours. In a plate, mix the ingredients for coating and dip the marinated fish pieces one by one. Arrange the flour-coated fish in a baking tray and drizzle few drops of oil on top of each fish.

Pre heat the oven to 375 degree F and bake the fish for 15 minutes. Take the tray out of the oven and turn the fish pieces and drizzle few drops oil on top of each piece. Bake for another 10 minutes. Serve it with a dip or Salad.

Note: 1.Baking time might vary depending on the fish and the oven, so keep checking.2.Please do alter the quantity of chili powder as per your spice tolerance level.
