brown lambchops

place lambchops in a casserole dish

in a pan brown garlic and onion add all other ingriedents

add the sauce in the pan ontop of lampchops and place in oven with lid on

put in oven for 1hr on low temp than remove lid and cook a further 30 mins

once meat is tender serve with mash potato or spaggetti
