Ingredients

4 servings
  • pots
  • 1cast iron skillet
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1onion
  • 1 lbsausage
  • 1 canfire roast tomatoes
  • 1salt & pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop onions however u choose(i do skinny half moons) and cut sausage into lil discs

    Heat oil over medium high heat then add onions and sautee for bout 3 minutes

  3. 3

    Add sausage until browned and good crust stuck on bottom of pot

    Add fire roasted tomatoes and season to taste let simmer for about 10 minutes to let flavors combined
