150 mlMilk
2 tbspInstant cocount powder

Whisk together milk, sugar & coconut powder until well mixed
2

Beat egg completely
3

Whisk milk mixture into egg, 1/3 at a time, till totally blended
4

Sift the egg mixture once with a slotted spoon
5

Pour evenly into 2 small bowls
6

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, in a steamer with boiling water
7

Steam egg for 10 minutes
