1 canRotel Tomatoes
1 canMushroom Soup
1 packagesYellow rice
1/2Bell Pepper
1Onion

Saute onion and bell pepper

add Rotel tomatoes and can of mushroom soup
3

Add shrimp or rawfish, season to taste, cook for around 30 minutes

Cook rice according to directions, mix with shrimp/crawfish.

Put in casserole dish either layer with Velveeta cheese or top with Velveeta cheese.
