Mix chicken and seasoning thoroughly in large bowl.

In medium bowl mix egg and crushed crackers together, then add mixture to chicken. (Mixing egg and cracker together before adding to chicken insures that egg is incorporated fully into entire mixture.)

Knead with hands until completely blended. (A spoon can be used, but I think hands work better.)

Cook in non-stick pan on medium-low heat for approximately 6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through.

Makes 4 burgers; more if made thinner.
