Steps
- 1
Break the biscuits into pieces and put it a mixer to make it powdery
- 2
Add milk to the seperate mixes and mix until no lumps remain
- 3
Add sugar if you like (although I didnt since the biscuits were quite sweet)
- 4
Mix the batter until fluffy, Add Baking powder and baking soda into the two mixes 1 teaspoon each
- 5
Now grease a cake tin with some oil, add batters by alternating between the two
- 6
Heat a cooker for sometime on the gas, put in a stand and put cake tin in it on slow flame
- 7
Cover with the cooker cover without the whistle
- 8
Let it cook on slow till 45 minutes
- 9
Enjoy ! I serve it with vanilla icecream or have it with tea
- 10
Hope you like it.
