Steps

Heat griddle/skillet/frying pan and start frying 2-3 pieces of bacon until almost done (still chewy)

pour pancake batter directly on top of the strips of bacon

wait for the edges to start to look dry then flip
- 4
when the other side is done remove from pan
- 5
top with your choice...I like maple syrup :) it goes well with the bacon
