  • 3 tbspmilk
  • 1 1/4 sticksalted buter
  • 2 pinchsalt
  • 1 dashblack peper

    preheat cooker

  2. 2

    mix; eggs, milk, salt, onions bwat untill light and fluffy and bubles are evident

  3. 3

    put butter in ban an test if ready with fork pour in eggs and continuously stir intil alomost ready i.e not so liquid. Then put in dash of black peper

  4. 4

    Serve with toast
