Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1 cupold fashioned rolled oats
  2. 1/4 cupraw sunflower seed kernels
  3. 1/4 cupshredded sweetened coconut
  4. 1/4 cupwalnuts chopped
  5. 1/2 tspground cinnamon
  6. 1/4 tspsalt
  7. 2 tbsphoney
  8. 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  9. 1fat free yogurt
  10. 1raspberries
  11. 2 tbspmelted butter

Steps

  1. 1

    place oven rack 10 in. below broiler , on middle shelf

  2. 2

    preheat broiler

  3. 3

    combine first 7 ingredients on a baking sheet...toss well

  4. 4

    broil 3 minutes, stirring every 1 minute until lightly toasted

  5. 5

    combine butter, honey, and vanilla in small bowl

  6. 6

    drizzle butter mixture over oat mixture, toss to coat

  7. 7

    broil granola an additional 2 minutes or until well toasted , stirring after 1 minute

  8. 8

    remove granola from oven and cool on pan 8 minutes

  9. 9

    spoon one half cup yogurt into bowl.

  10. 10

    top with one third cup granola and one fourth cups berries

  11. 11

    235 calories, fat 10.6, carb 23.2, cholesterol 8mg
