  • 1Each, red & green bell peppers 1 inch chunks
  • 1 largeOnion, sliced
  • 1/4 cupChicken broth
  • 1 tspEach, rosemary & thyme
  • 1Salt & pepper, to taste

    Preheat oven to 400°F

    Combine all ingredients in 12x8-inch baking dish; mix lightly

  3. 3

    Bake for 40 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned & vegetables are tender

    Add salt & pepper
