Ingredients

10 servings

1 1/2 lbGround turkey
1 1/2 cupItalian bread crumbs
2 cupShredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
2Eggs, lightly beaten
1 cupRed onion (diced)
1 envelopeLipton onion soup mix
10 ozFrozen chopped spinach (thaw & drain)

Preheat oven to 350°

Lightly grease 5x9 inch loaf pan

Mix turkey, bread crumbs, spinach, red onion, 1 1/2 c. cheese, lipton soup mix & eggs

Once mixed well transfer to loaf pan

Bake for 1 hour and top with remaining cheese
