Cooking Instructions

Stir ingredients for crust together and press in 10" spring form pan. Press crust up sides 1 inch as well. Chill for 1 hour

Beat together cheesecake ingredients

Pour batter into crust and bake at 350° for 1 hour 15 mins

Cool for 10 mins

Heat oven to 425°

Mix icing ingredients together

Pour on cheesecake and bake for 5 mins
- 8
Cool for an hour and then chill for 10 hours
